Eric Eldritch
Eric Eldritch is a community organizer with leadership experience in nonprofit and professional organization leadership for over twenty years. Eric specializes in the analysis and structure of organizational development based on principles of group identity formation, sociolinguistics, cross-cultural relations, and interfaith organizing. He studies Shamanism and Wicca as a member of both the DC Radical Faeries and the Four Quarters Interfaith Sanctuary. He has a third-degree initiation in Wicca, and is a student of Pamela Alexander. Professionally, he is a member of the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, the American Library Association, and the International Association of Facilitators. He serves on the Board of The Open Hearth Foundation, Inc. and the Sacred Space Foundation, Inc. Eric holds a Master's Degree in Teaching Interpreting (ASL-English). Eric coordinates interpreting services and accessibility for the Library of Congress, in Washington, DC.

Dick Merritt
Dick Merritt grew into paganism through the influence of eco-feminist spirituality in the 80's. He has been a member of Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans (CUUPS) ( http://www.cuups.org). since its inception in 1987, is currently their Treasurer, and is one of the founding members of Celebrate the Circle, the CUUPS chapter at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Hillsborough, NC, where is is also Treasurer. He is the current Treasurer of Carolina Spirit Quest, Inc. ( http://carolinaspiritquest.org), and has twice been co-director of their Spring event. Dick is dedicated to networking and the sharing of skills and ideas between Pagan groups. One of his missions is to help other Pagans be comfortably public in their faith. Dick is a retired computer consultant and massage therapist.

Becky Starr
Becky Starr is an instructor by passion and training, having worked in the mundane world as a corporate trainer, instructional designer and training manager for over 10 years. She is now in the process of starting her own business, Starrlight Mead, with her husband, Ben. In the Pagan world, she finds herself a frequent workshop leader for Celebrate the Circle, the CUUPS chapter of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Hillsborough and at events for Carolina Spirit Quest, including both Spring and Winter Quest. Becky is in her fourth year on the CSQ Board of Trustees and is Board President for a second term. Becky considers herself an eclectic Egyptian Pagan, is a Priestess of Isis and lives in Durham, NC with her husband, teenage son, and cat, Missy. This is her fourth year attending PLSC and her second on the organizing committee.
