SPW I/O Utility

SPW I/O Utility is a tape and disk data dump, analysis, merge, copy, verify, and reformat program. It provides all the analysis tools needed to handle unknown or problem tapes quickly and easily. Full copying capabilities allow tape-to-tape or tape-to-disk-to-tape copies, making multiple copies safe and simple.

Copies may be verified on a bit-by-bit basis. A console record is available showing progress and reporting errors. Interactive tape positioning capabilities, allow bad records, files, or blocks to be skipped. All standard SEG formats can be read and reformatted, both tape and disk files. Nonstandard formats are easily handled using the customization features. It even does vibroseis correlation.
