2008 New Graduate Student Orientation


 Feeling overwhelmed by the prospects of starting graduate school? Unsure of how to register for classes, obtain financial aid, or when to begin your thesis research ?

 The 2008 New Graduate Student Orientation will answer to all of these questions, and many others, Wednesday, August 27 in Montezuma Hall. Check in is scheduled for 8:00 A.M., and there will be a coffee mixer at 8:30. The program begins at 9:00.

Deadlines

April 8 - May 23: Theses may be submitted to the Division of Graduate on an at-risk basis. Thesis review is not guaranteed for Spring 2008 graduation.

May 2: Last day for submission of Incomplete and RP grade removals (excluding thesis 799A) for Spring 2008 graduation.

May 10-17: Final examinations.

May 16: Last day for reporting results of comprehensive examinations to the Division of Graduate Affairs by department or college.

May 20: Last day for depositing approved theses at Montezuma Publishing for Spring 2008 graduation (noon deadline).
